- Candidates must ensure that their left thumb impression is clearly scanned and not smudged. If a candidate does not have a left thumb, they may use their right thumb instead.
- The handwritten declaration should include the following text:
- The text for the hand written declaration – “I, …………………. (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true, and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”
- This declaration must be written by the candidate in English and in their own handwriting. If it is written by someone else or in a different language, the application will be considered invalid. Visually impaired candidates who are unable to write can have the declaration typed and place their left thumb impression below it before uploading the document as per the instructions.
